Faucet Wash Basin Hot And Cold

It's a heavy faucet for sure can't wait to get it installed try it out.

The faucet has water in it and the bag it was in was wet. There is other evidence it is a used faucet. The water lines that should come with the faucet are missing so if I cannot find something at the hardware store that will work, this faucet is worthless.
